KEY LIME PIE.
- 6 yolks from large eggs
- 2 cans (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4oz Rose's sweetened lime juice
- 4oz fresh squeezed lime juice (preferably key limes, but that takes about 25...so I learned)
- graham cracker crust (I used Keebler ready crust, but you can make your own!)
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Beat egg yolks into sweetened condensed milk with electric mixer on medium/low.
Add and beat in lime juices.
Pour mixture into crust.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Cool, then chill.
Serve chilled with whipped cream.
